Shipping policy

Order Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Estimated Delivery Time: Standard shipping typically takes 7 to 15 business days depending on your location and the shipping carrier. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be subject to carrier delays outside of our control.

Order Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification containing a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to check the status of your delivery. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become active in the system.

Missing or Delayed Packages: If you haven't received your order within the estimated delivery time, or if your tracking information hasn't updated for several days, please contact us at support@miruschoice.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
